Bayern ohne Weißwurst – undenkbar! Denn wer Bayern liebt, der liebt auch die Weißwurst. Am 22. September 1854 soll ein Münchner Wirt die berühmte Wurst erfunden haben. Ein Geniestreich, für den wir bis heute dankbar sind. Und so haben wir der wohl berühmtesten bayerischen Spezialität eine eigene Suppe gewidmet. Nach geheimer Rezeptur, ein kulinarischer Geheimtipp aus München.
