Unsere Regensburger besteht überwiegend aus bestem Schweinefleisch, das mit einem Anteil Rindfleisch versetzt zu einem pikanten Brät vermischt und im Darm gebrüht wird. Die Wurst kann mit süßem Senf oder scharfen Meerrettich kalt und warm verzehrt werden. Sie ist außerdem die Grundlage für den Regensburger Wurstsalat, der mit einer würzigen Marinade zubereitet wird.
