Als eine Alternative zum klassischen Schnitzel Wiener Art bietet sich zartes, fettarmes Putenschnitzel an. Dieses wird aus dem Fleisch der Putenbrust geschnitten, leicht plattiert, vorsichtig gewürzt, paniert und von beiden Seiten wenige Minuten gebraten. Ohne Panade ist das Putenschnitzel vor allem auch mit fruchtigen Beilagen wie Ananas und Pfirsichen ein Gaumenschmaus.
