Beschreibung

Für den roten Presssack verwenden wir Schweinekopffleisch und Backen als Einlage. Gekocht, zerkleinert und mit Gewürzen vermischt, wird die Masse in Därme gefüllt und die Wurst dann gegart. Ein würziger Aufschnitt mit leichter Pfeffer- und Majorannote. Kann auch in dicken Scheiben geschnitten als Brotzeit verwendet werden.
