Unsere Königsberger Klopse sind handgemachte Qualität. Die Hackfleischklößchen aus Schweine- und Rindfleisch werden in heller Sauce gekocht. Kapern und Sahne geben diesem Gericht seinen charakteristischen Geschmack, Kräuter und Gewürze runden ihn ab. Benannt ist dieses Gericht nach der früheren Haupt- und Residenzstadt Königsberg. Dazu empfehlen wir als Beilage frische Kartoffeln oder Reis.
