Unsere Gelbwurst wird aus Kalb- und Schweinefleisch und mit Speck hergestellt, das zu einem feinen Brät verarbeitet, mit Petersilie verfeinert, im meist gelben Kunstdarm abgefüllt und gebrüht wird. Danach erhält die pikante Wurst eine helle Anschnittfläche. Sie eignet sich bestens als feiner Aufschnitt.
