Die pikante Cervelatwurst wird mit einer feinen Gewürzmischung versehen in Kunstdärmen abgefüllt und einen Tag kalt geräuchert. Danach wird die aus feinkörnigem Schweinefleisch hergestellte Rohwurst bis zu sechs Tage einem Reifeprozess unterzogen. Sie eignet sich bestens als pikanter Aufschnitt und auch als Beilage für Salate oder in Kombination zu Hauptgerichten.
